1. The Applicant cancels their Application;

2. The Applicant does not proceed with their Application for any reason;

3. The Applicant withdraws the file and/or stops the immigration process before or after applying to the United Kingdom government for any reason or

4. The application is refused based on inaccurate information provided by the Applicant and/or security and/or health reasons;

The Applicant shall not be entitled to any refund of the Consultancy Fee or any other amounts paid. However, if the Applicant is refused the Visa for any mistake caused by UK Citizenship, the Applicant will receive a refund of the whole amount paid already.
